Featured Seller on our TT Blog
Please welcome Tiffany from ExpressiveBeauty

Tell us a little about yourself - A bit about me...well for starters I am a disabled stay at home mom with an Associates degree in Psychology. I was diagnosed a few years ago with post traumatic stress disorder which stems from the abuse I went through as a child and young adult. As if this wasn't bad enough, I also developed a condition called fibromyalgia a year ago. For those of you who don't know what fibromyalgia is, it's a very painful condition that affects the nerves and muscles. I have dedicated my life to using my experiences to help others cope with what has or is happening to them. After being diagnosed with these disorders I began looking for a way to have purpose in my life again. I am married to an amazing man who is my source of strength. We have three beautiful children. My two oldest children are from my previous marriage but my husband loves them as if they were his own. Our youngest daughter was born with a series of very rare heart defects. I spend most of my time with her while the others are away at school and work. I am very blessed to have my family. I wouldn't know what to do without them.
What do you make? I design elegant b
ridal and everyday jewelry. I create everything from earrings to necklaces.
How long have you made your product(s)? I have been designing for a little over a year now. I have been designing various things my entire life but didn't find jewelry design until more recently.
How did you get started? Christmas of 2010 my husband and I bought my daughter her own jewelry making kit. My sister then made herself a pair of earrings. It was at that moment I knew what I could do. I began making jewelry to sell to women in order to make them feel better about themselves. I believe that every woman should feel beautiful no matter what is going on in their lives. Jewelry has a special way of doing that. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning and growing as a jewelry designer and look forward to learning so much more.
Your favorite thing to make & why? My favorite thing to make is memory wire bracelets. I think they are just so much fun to work with and to wear. They are super easy to m
ake but there's so much that you can do with them. I love creating designs on them and adding my own special touch to them.
Anything else you want to tell us? If I were not a jewelry designer I would be a child psychologist so that I could council children of abuse and those with mental disabilities. I'd teach these children how to look past the things that have happened to them in order to be a stronger person. I would show them that sometimes bad things happen in order to give us a better perspective on life. I would use my experiences to teach them that we don't have to let these bad things overcome who we are but that we can use them to teach others how not to allow these things to happen to them.

Please welcome Judy Abdelaziz - New Day Pottery
Tell us a little bit about yourself: I have been married for 25 years and we have two sons ages 17 and 22. In my free time I enjoy reading and spending time at our cabin in the NC mountains (hiking to waterfalls, photographing nature, sitting around the fire)
What do you make? My shop fea
tures wheel thrown stoneware for entertaining and decorating your home.
How long have you made your product(s)? I started taking classes in 2004 and started my business in 2008. My sister in law invited me to take a class with her for a few nights a week. I loved the challenge of making beautiful things so much that I signed up for more and more classes. Eventually my husband bought me a wheel for Christmas and the following Anniversary a kiln. That was when it officially became a business and not just a hobby, because I was making too many things to keep or give away That's when I started going to art and pottery shows.
Your favorite thing to make & why? Well, anything new or different. I go to alot of workshops and love to come home and challenge myself to make something from all that I learned. Just a few days ago I went thru a book on Raku pottery and sketched some ideas. The
next day was so much fun since I then made my version of those items.
Anything else you would like to add? I am a member of the Carolina Claymatters Guild and I am the webmaster of their blog and facebook page. Last year I was the President. I also help with the internet PR for our semi-annual pottery festival. Needless to say some of my week is usually spent working on something for the guild.

Please welcome Maria from VintageOoakDesigns
Tell us a little bit about yourself: I am married stay at home mom to 3 rambunctious boys all under the age of 4yrs. As a family we love to go to the beach, hiking, camping, and do everything outside & adventurous!
What do you make? My shop features unique handmade jewelry, mostly made using fabric. Since the age of 12 I have always made my own jewelry, it hasn't been until recently that I have incorporated my love of fabric into my jewelry designs. Most items are OOAK ( one of a kind ) because they are made out of love & creativity and those items are always difficult to re-produce.
How long have you made your product(s)? Unofficially, since I was 12 years old.
Your favorite thing to make & why? I don't really have a favorite thing that I make. The way it goes is I imagine a new design in my head (usually before I drift off to sleep) and I think of how I am going to make it work. Then as soon as I wake up or get a " free moment" I begin to craft my design. I will make several different items but in different color combos. Then my mind begins to start churning and a new idea evolves and I am off to start another project!

Anything else you would like to add? I am very thankful for Esty and being able to use it as an avenue to show my designs to the world. Please join me in celebrating my shops 1yr. Anniversary on Thurs, April 12th. I will be having special giveaways, sale pricing , and 20% off your entire order from 8:00am - midnight. Join my facebook for even more surprises!

TT Blog's Feature Seller
Please welcome Kathy from SerendipityCandle
Tell us a little bit about yourself: I am married to a wonderful man.We are such soul mates and it feels like the first day together everyday! I spend my days in my Etsy shop, making orders, working on my other websites I have and helping to take care of my Dad.
What do you make?
I make Soy Tart Melts in 1 oz and 2 oz cups, Aroma Bead Sachets, Aroma Supreme Beads , Corn Cob Sachets, Soy Clamshell Tart Melts and Wreaths.
How long have you made your product(s)? I have been making wreaths for 12 years. My soy tart melts and aroma beads I have been making for about 3 years and the corn cob sachets are a new addition.
How did you get started? I have always loved candles and have them in my home everywhere. I decided to start making my own to use, then started selling them. I then decided to add tart melts and they were so fun to make. The tart melts were selling like crazy so I decided to concentrate on the tart melts and add a few more products. So here I am today loving what I do and doing what I love! My home always smells good!
Your favorite thing to make & why? My favorite thing to make is my white tart melts. I just love adding the special things on the tops to make them look so pretty. I love packaging them as well in their gift bags and ribbons. I just want to put a smile on folks faces when they open their package.
Anything else you would like to add? I am very passionate in what I do and love it very much. It is fun and it is so fulfilling to make a scent that I know will be in someone's home making it smell wonderful. Making customers happy puts a smile in my heart and I hope a smile in their heart as well. My customers are very important to me.

TT Blog's Feature Seller
Hi everyone, welcome Lisa DiSciascio from Starlight Woods as our next Featured Seller!
A little about yourself? I am a mother of two girls, 10 and 16. I work full time at a 9-5 job and full time on my Etsy shop- How do I do that you ask? Well, I get up 2 hours before my girls get up for school, and go to bed late! Sometimes I even come up with ideas in the middle of the night and drag my butt to my kitchen table and start creating, lol!
What do you make? I
make all of my creations out of fallen tree branches. I make rings, earrings, necklaces, key chains, wine charms and ornaments at Christmas time. I am thinking about adding cuff links to broaden my horizons into menswear....
How long have you made your product(s)? I started making these products in the summer of 2011, after so many crazy storms and many many downed trees and branches fell to the ground. I am a very innovative person and love to make use of what i have, at that time i had many branches, and still do!
How did you get started? I got started by making just key chains, my girls and I sat at the kitchen table and painted and laughed for hours. After that, we moved on to Christmas ornaments. Over time, we started thinking of so many other things to make and that's when things really started to take off.
Your favorite thing to make & why? My favorite thing to make are my
rings and earrings. I love my rings because they make me smile, they brighten up any outfit and they are super durable, resin coated on both the front and back, which is great for me as I work in the garden, dig in the dirt, over all just not to delicate with my jewelry and these are made to last. As for the earrings- I just got my ears pierced now at 34 years old, just so that I can wear them!
Anything else you want to tell us? I put my heart and soul into my business and truly love what I do and want to make sure everyone that receives any of my creations loves them too!
Where can we find you?

How did you get started? I got started by making just key chains, my girls and I sat at the kitchen table and painted and laughed for hours. After that, we moved on to Christmas ornaments. Over time, we started thinking of so many other things to make and that's when things really started to take off.
Your favorite thing to make & why? My favorite thing to make are my
rings and earrings. I love my rings because they make me smile, they brighten up any outfit and they are super durable, resin coated on both the front and back, which is great for me as I work in the garden, dig in the dirt, over all just not to delicate with my jewelry and these are made to last. As for the earrings- I just got my ears pierced now at 34 years old, just so that I can wear them!Anything else you want to tell us? I put my heart and soul into my business and truly love what I do and want to make sure everyone that receives any of my creations loves them too!
